Step 5: Generate
Step 6: Open menu: File / Export Audio… and Export

The Solfeggio Frequencies are a set of musical tones that are believed to have healing and spiritual properties. These frequencies are derived from the ancient Gregorian chants and are associated with various benefits for the mind and body. The nine Solfeggio Frequencies and their corresponding frequencies in hertz (Hz) are:

In addition to these seven frequencies, there are two more frequencies sometimes included in the Solfeggio scale:
174 Hz: Reducing Pain and Stress
285 Hz: Quantum Cognition (Resonates with the Quantum Field)
