| It’s official: new research from IDC shows that Dell has increased its share of the x86 server market in EMEA. |
| In the figures for Q113, Dell grew its x86 unit market share in EMEA by more than 2.7 points – and quarter-on-quarter growth was better still, up by 3.4 points. This growth means Dell now has a 25.7% unit market share in EMEA x86. In Emerging Markets EMEA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa), Dell gained 2.2 point of units share year-on-year and 1 point quarter-on-quarter, yielding a total unit market share of 19.4%. |
